Essential oils and clinical aromatherapy
After many years of seeing how effective essential oils were for her own health and wellbeing, Jacqueline decided it was time to take her passion to another level – which meant training to become a Clinical Aromatherapist.
Many people may associate aromatherapy with massage – although this is correct, there are also other methods of application.
So what’s the difference between Clinical Aromatherapy and Aromatherapy?
Clinical Aromatherapy is a more in-depth level of training into the essential oils. The studies look into how the essential oils are made up, break down the oils into different chemical elements/properties and how they interact with other oils when blended together for their affects and also safety aspect.
Pure essential oils from reputable brands
Only buy your oils from a reputable brand and ensure the bottle has the oils listed in their Latin name; if the bottle has parfum on the list it is not an essential oil. I have been using Neal’s Yards Remedies for years, a trusted and known brand.
Create your own aromatherapy blends with us
Have you ever wondered what the oils smell like and would like to know more?
As a Neal’s Yard Independent Consultant, I am approved and insured to host Create Your Own workshops and offer an opportunity for you to join me and learn a little about the history of perfume, the sense of smell, and learn to use blending techniques to make a face or bath product to take home.

Massage
Did you know there are so many benefits to a massage? You may be booking with us to reduce muscle tension, reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety, or jsut enjoy the relaxing aspect and take some time out for yourself.
There are many types of massage: Swedish, Sports Holistic and they all have the same foundation of a range of similar strokes including effleurage, stroking, kneading petrissage, friction and percussion!
I am now taking on new clients and once I have taken you through a personal consultation I can book your massage.
